“4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.”
─ 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

It may sound too cliché but this will remain to be the best definition of LOVE. Neri and Mhaan’s marriage is a proof of this love. More than a year of building a great foundation of their great relationship, stressful yet fulfilling preparations for the wedding, and the wedding day itself, everything was worth it. Every bride feels she’s the most beautiful woman as she walks down the aisle, but Mhaan’s walk to the altar? I guess she felt like the “most beautiful queen” as Neri sang “Marry Your Daughter” accompanied by a piano. Kiliiiig! The day was made even more special with the presence of their loved ones who witnessed their exchange of vows─a promise to love and care for each other ‘til death do them part.

When you love someone, you love them beyond anything. Your eyes sparkle when you see him/her. You feel the spark each time you hold hands. You feel safe and secure whenever he/she hugs you. You’re willing to do everything for him/her. You care for him/her like a delicate rose. You accept each other’s flaws, you understand how crazy he/she can get, yet still love him/her like there’s no tomorrow… When you marry him/her, it’s not the end of building the love; it’s the start of the keeping the love that you’ll cherish forever.
